24/7 breast pump rental

Select a location, your desired product, and the rental period. Click on “Proceed to payment,” create an account or log in. Logging in is required to rent or purchase.

Choose your preferred payment method, complete the payment, and continue to finalize your order. When the “Success!” screen appears, you will receive an order confirmation and your rental agreement by email.

You will receive an EMAIL and SMS with the location, code, and locker number. Check your spam folder if you don’t receive anything. You may receive multiple codes depending on your order.

          You have 24 hours to collect your product from the locker. Make sure to close the locker door properly after use.

We believe it’s important that you have 24/7 access to the right tools to make your breastfeeding journey as smooth as possible. That’s why we rent out Medela Symphony breast pumps, and at some locations, also Ardo Carum breast pumps.

MYPUMP has unmanned units that are accessible 24/7 at various locations. By opening a locker, you can pick up your reserved breast pump or water birth kit.

In some hospitals, water births are possible. Hospitals and birth centers that collaborate with Verlossupport provide ‘Birthpools’ for water births. Each water birth comes with its own kit containing disposable items to ensure maximum hygiene.

Returning the rental pump, but there are no lockers available right now? Try again at a later time; lockers always become available again throughout the day, or choose another location nearby.

Choose one of our locations and check the return location details. If a location has no availability, check another location nearby. Or you can sign up for the waiting list.

If you are not yet logged in, a login screen will appear. Log in with the email address and password you used to rent the breast pump.

We will get to work for you; a confirmation will appear. If you encounter any problems, please contact customer service.

Your return has just been placed. You will receive an EMAIL and SMS within a few minutes with the locker number and PIN code to return the breast pump. Please note: this code is valid for 24 hours! Reservations

Have you scheduled a return at a MYPUMP unit? You will receive a return code by email or SMS. **This code is valid for 24 hours**, but make sure you return the breast pump before the end of your rental period to avoid extra charges.

After returning the pump, you will always receive a confirmation email. **Didn’t receive an email? Check that the locker was properly closed.**

**What needs to be returned?**
All parts that must be returned are shown below with a photo. Missing or damaged parts may incur additional costs.

**Note: Unused pump set**
This can only be returned if it is unused, unopened, and sealed. Please mention this when returning it.
